Very pleased with Rob, Dan and the team. They have built a stunning garden room suitable for a drumming in. Then relaid concrete on our driveway, followed by creating a downstairs cloakroom, rebuilding our timber framed extension and installing a kitchen, the finish inside and out is excellent

We have a very tight space with poor access to the garden and the room we have is FANTASTIC!It utilises EVERY cm of potential and is a joy to work in.From the first meeting with Robert, right through the build, they we all so responsive, professional, personable and staggeringly hard working... we really could not be more pleased with the room that we have.I had a design ready but Daniel arrived and made some excellent suggestions and adapted the design and build in situ. We were able to adapt and change as the build happened and were NOT nickel and dimmed with that change... I don't think the price changed at all with all of the changes that we made.I'd really recommend Thain Garden Rooms - it's hard to imagine how they could have been better.

Rob and his team produced an amazing office for me. They were efficient but also friendly and kind- doing the job at an incredibly difficult time for our family. Lovely guys .A year later I am still delighted and Rob has been responsive to any follow up help I have needed. Highly recommended

The whole experience with Thain's has been superb. From the initial design and planning process, through the actual build and the after care, Rob and the team have been superb.
