Dr Lilly has helped us tremendously! Our dog is a young reactive lab who can react to other dogs out of both fear and/or frustration. Lilly provided us with thorough support, observed the work we had already done and a provided a detailed plan to support our journey. She was kind in her feedback of the work we had done thus far and her little suggestions of alterations made a huge difference to our training. She observed the way our dog interacted with others and was able to provide clear steps to get us back to where we are now - which is greatly improved!! It has only been 3 months since we met, so we are not perfect but our dog is able to not react at shorter distances and cope better generally. It is like night and day compared to where we were before!I have already recommended Lilly to others and would happy recommend her services to anybody who is struggling. The addition of being registered with official bodies meant that we could claim via our pet insurance, which was also a big help!Thank you, Lilly! :)

I'm so glad that we were put in touch with Lilly to help with our dog's behaviour. She has been professional and helpful throughout, and our dog (and other pets) loved her! She showed us how to help him with his behaviour in a reward-based and gentle, yet effective way. It was lovely to welcome Lilly into our home - she spent a lot of time with us and it never felt like she was in a rush. She has been available to contact via email and phone between the visits, and always responds quickly with helpful advice. Although the training will take time, we can already see improvements and feel like we have a much better understanding of our dog and are able to help him feel happy and settled. Lilly has been a great support in working through some behaviour issues with our miniature schnauzer after he had a bad experience with another dog. Lilly took the time to explain and demonstrate everything really clearly and followed up with comprehensive notes and action points. After searching around for various animal behaviourists to help with my 4 year old German Shepherd X, I couldn’t be happier to be working with Dr Lilly.Mimms has been dog & human reactive for the past 2 years, and finally the end is in sight.Her calm & relaxed attitude transfers into both dog & handler, guiding us both through the training process.We have had 3 sessions with Dr Lilly & the improvements we have seen in Mimms’ behaviour speaks volumes.Giving both me & my partner confidence to join group sessions & have guests over to the house again.I look forward to my next sessions with Dr Lilly.Can’t recommend enough.

Lilly was great! Our dog is nearly 6 years old and extremely reactive. She’s still a work in progress but with Lilly’s help we’ve seen such an amazing improvement in her behaviour! Lilly is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly and we definitely recommend her services.

I contacted Lilly for some help with my reactive dog. The difference is fantastic, she taught me new techniques to try both at home and out walking, and I feel so much more confident. The sessions were informative and interactive and I learnt so many new things. As ever with a dog, it requires patience and effort but with Lilly’s help, I can see such an improvement in my dogs behaviour and walks are so much more enjoyable.

Lilly is such a great professional to have involved with our reactive rescue dog. She’s worked with us at a pace we can manage and always has our dog’s wellbeing in mind. Having a WhatsApp chat means that we can ask questions quickly and efficiently and Lilly is always really positive and helpful.Lilly has given us skills to help us manage daily interactions to help our dog settle (as new dog owners we’ve required lots of support). And we’ve completed a programme to get our dog to travel in the car. She’s gone from being terrified of going near the car to jumping in with enthusiasm and excitement! Following personalised steps set out by Lilly (which she staggered into manageable steps for us) meant we had something to follow to get results in a reasonable and realistic amount of time for our dog. The games/training we played with our dog as part of the steps were easy to follow and had supporting YouTube videos we could watch to see what to do.Helping dogs with difficulties is a really tough process; it requires patience and perseverance and having Lilly’s expertise has helped us so much to keep going.
