I messaged the company and Mr Mehboob came the same day to check the property. I was interested in underfloor insulation. He was polite and professional and advised I needed to have airflow all the way from the front of the house to the back. Currently half of the kitchen floor is concrete so to have continuous airflow, he advised 2 pipes to be added into this floor thus allowing airflow from front to back of the house. Mr Mehboob also explained if this wasn't done, how internal condensation would become an issue.I was very grateful for Mr Mehboob's advice because he could easily have just booked the job leaving me with future damp issues.

Poor quality electrician work - put holes inside our walls when installing switches and did the batten lights with reverse switch. Big holes made in ceiling for putting lights. Turned up late next day and kept pressuring us to give money at the end of day 1 when the task was not over. Unsure the person who did it had official electrician’s licence.

Soban came first to inspect electrics, and then to replace our circuit board. On both occasions he was polite, competent and quick, making sure we were not without electricity any longer than necessary. Really good service!

Recently I was looking for team of some professional people who can replace my old boiler and also insulate my under Floor. However the problem was that I was worried that my expensive floor would be damaged. Did a very professsional job at South Esk Road E7, from start to end. They carried out under floor insulation of my house and added netting for the insulation. They also created a hatch and worked underground to do this. They also replaced my boiler under ECO3 grant. They uplifited and refit my carpet to a highly professional standard. I highly recomend this company for their efficient work as per their promise and advice. I had no problems whilst they carried out work and were extremely accomodating to my needs and requirements.
