Dropped in to train for a week whilst visiting the area. The team were very friendly and welcoming. Programming was on point. Great coaching, amazing facility and equipment, fun friendly atmosphere.

Great cross fit gym. Excellent facility. Committed owners who care about the programming and fully engage with coaches and everyone training at the gym. Great community - friendly, supportive and challenging in the best way. Highly recommended.

Fantastic box! Trained here for a month whilst on some leave. Kevin and the team make everyone feel welcome and the coaching and equipment is first class. Suitable for beginners, intermediate or advanced athletes. I will be back for sure

Well maintained box, plenty of equipment and organised. Did some drop inns while visiting the area. Communication was quick and easy, classes start at 6/6.30 AM for the early birds. Highly recommend!
