Craig went above and beyond when my light switch tripped. Was without lights in the whole house. Craig explained everything clearly and checked every light switch and all lights in the house. The fault was on a juncture box in the floor. Craig came to do the work on a sat, because I had carpets fitted on Thursday and his diary was busy for other days. His price was also reasonable. Highly recommended.

Simple job to replace shaver socket/light. Responded quickly and efficiently. Job done well with no mess left. Very happy. Will definitely use Craig again.

I couldn't recommend Craig any more highly. If I could give him 10 stars then I would. Craig was such a professional who was a delight to deal with throughout, he is friendly, knowledgeable, offered great advice, was extremely supportive through all of my concerns and kept in touch at all times. The work was meticulous. The best contractor I have ever dealt with. Do not hesitate to use Craig for all your electrical needs. I will be using his services in future and have recommended him to family already.

Craig was able to respond on the same day to a non-urgent electrical problem. He arrived on time and carried out the work.He was courteous and respectful. No mess was left.We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Craig arrived within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday evening, diagnosed the likely problem and recommended doing the work the next day to save money once it was established that my electrics were safe. He arrived on time the next morning and isolated a rodent damaged ring main wire within 2 hours in a hard to reach loft space and then fixed it plus 3 sockets that were dangerous and retested the system within a further hour. He made further recommendations but was not pushy at all. Excellent service.

Craig was so very helpful in going over to my 91 yr old Dad who is partially sighted and making his wall fire safe after he had tried to replace a bulb !! I live in a Essex so it was a real worry but found Craig and he went the next day, very friendly professional and reasonable.Will definitely be keeping his numberThank you
