Bellow 1 star . Shower are pretty discusting and all place was not even rated during winter when I stay.Staff very ignorant towards needs of ppl don care even about them medications needed at certain times .when ask for glass of water during night answer is kitchen is closed " and policy say no food in rooms . No charging stations in rooms so the same go to WiFi ....so if you have Lon hair you need dry them on front others in the same place when you eat and relax . Chaotic atmosphere .o er Christmas stuff even don do decoration to welcome homless there .... An how place like his mud uplift of spirits to lift up them lifes."

I I got stook in Lincoln once and nomads help me as I was very ill they sat up all night with me which was above and beyond they dutys so this makes them saints in my eyes so thanks

Tried to drop off a bag full of good quality men's clothes, plus some toiletries and treats, and got turned away. Used to have no problems donating at the old shelter. Won't be going back.
