Great atmosphere. Good is delicious. All the staff are friendly but William is particularly friendly and makes an amazing Bailey's coffee.

Fabulous service by Will and Charlie and the food was the best I'v eever tasted, especially the shredded chicken. I will definitely be going here again. Would totally recommend this place.

Very difficult to give a good review as when we were there it was the last night of tier 3 before going into tier 4 but staff were lovely and great food

Had amazing food, would say best Chinese we have ever had in the UK with excellent service and due to covid restrictions we had a private dining experience. Will be back for sure

BEWARE THE TAKEAWAY. 1/ The portion sizes are far too small (mostly in foil containers which are a third to half full). 2/ There were approx 12 cucumber sticks and a pinch of spring onion to accompany half a crispy duck. 3/ The person taking the orders rushes you and is far too pushy verging on aggressive. Noted a previous review which sadly I read after we had ordered said the staff are argumentative. Awful experience from start to finish. AVOID!

Probably the best Chinese restaurant in the Surbiton / Claygate area. Food is always fresh, ordering on the phone is easy and the staff are friendly. Prices on the higher end for a takeaway but worth it for the quality and area. I can recommend the chicken curry, my wife the crispy duck rolls.

Just had a meal ,so called at ume restaurant, chicken balls all dough and soggy seaweed soggy, limp chips £43 rubbish and RIP off avoid
