I can’t recommend Andrew highly enough! When I started with Andrew I was a complete gym amateur and got anxious and felt self-conscience being in the gym and not knowing what I should and should not be doing.He has put me at ease from day one and has not only helped me improve my strength (which was my main goal), improve my posture (from being hunched at a desk all day) but he has also helped grow my confidence in the gym making it much more enjoyable.Andrew is extremely knowledge and so helpful - he does not make you feel silly regardless of your questions and is great at reassuring you and giving you encouragement (even on the days when you are grumpy and can't muster much self-motivation). If anyone is unsure or can't decide whether to sign up to a PT I would say just to go for it! You won't regret it and once you start seeing the results you will wonder why you didn't just do it sooner. :)

Update:ANDREW COMPLETELY DESTROYED ME..... Ok now that I have your attention lets begin with the actual review. I have been training with APT for more than a year now. This review is an update/follow up to my first review. So let's start with what I accomplished up to now, 10K run under an hour - checked, obstacle 10K event - checked, gain more muscle and reduce fat - check and ongoing.As you can see, my targets changed over time, and I must say Andrew managed to help me meet those targets. Now we are continuing to replace fat with muscle with a tailored workout plan. Heck with it, I enjoy all the workouts and every week; I look forward to my PT session. Andrew will push you and drive you to achieve the last rep possible, but what he requires from you is dedication. As with anything in life, if you are not dedicated, you will not meet your targets.APT offers a variety of packages, find the one that meets your needs, and you can meet the requirements. I would recommend giving the diet plan a try as well. As I said in my previous review, you want results? Contact APT.Older Review:I met Andrew through a free 1hr session provided by the gym. Within that hour I was convinced that Andrew knew what he was doing and felt that he would be able to help me with achieving my target of running 10K. I decided to go with the ten sessions package and a diet plan. The training sessions were well planned, challenging at times but enjoyable. If it’s motivation you need to keep you going through your training, Andrew has plenty of it, he will push you and at the same time encourage you to achieve your best form. Ten sessions after and I could feel and see the results, I managed to ran 10K on the treadmill and have lost 13 pounds (approx. 6 Kg) in body fat. I also had to get new pair of pants as the current were too big and I couldn’t be happier. Actually, I was so happy with the results that I am continuing for another 10 sessions. If you want: to learn the right techniques for your exercise, a good diet plan, excellent workout that will make you feel the results straight after and someone to motivate you to achieve your targets, then Andrew is your man.

I'm on my second block of training with Andrew, he is super knowledgeable about the physical training aspects and also the science and nutrition behind fitness.He is a great PT to have guiding you with personalised programs and nutrition plans. Andrew is friendly, flexible and encouraging yet firm when you need a push to challenge yourself to get results, highly recommended.

Away to start my second block of sessions with Andrew and I couldn’t recommend him enough. When I first met Andrew I had zero gym confidence and pretty much no clue what I was doing. With his help I had made such a visible difference in such a short space of time and I am now a much happier, confident individual. 10/10!

Andrew is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He has enviable industry experience, which is what attracted me to using him. He works hard to ensure that his clients have a tailor made programme to suit their fitness level. The programmes are aimed at incremental improvement, rather than random workouts each week. He plans this very carefully, as I know he does with meal plans for other clients. I’ve been going to Andrew for Personal Training since January and I’m really keen to continue. I’ve been impressed with his diligence in remembering areas I need to work on at my next session. He really goes that extra mile to ensure that I get the most out of sessions. He is good at motivating and pushing me to reach my potential. I was worried about starting personal training and to be totally honest was dreading it a bit. I now look forward to Wednesday evenings! Andrew was quick to adapt his business, following government guidelines, to ensure I could continue to train outdoors. I’ve been impressed by the versatility of what can be done. For anyone thinking about personal training (even a newbie like me), you shouldn’t hesitate to use Andrew. He stands head and shoulders above his competitors. I would say just give it a go; you’ll be pleased with your choice of PT after your first session!

Started my first block with Andrew as I didn’t have a clue about gymn . Very over weight and little fitness . Lost 17lbs feeling much healthier . Andrew gave me a programme individual to my needs and a diet plan . Have learnt so much and have a much better understanding of gymn couldn’t have done it without him . Very professional , pushed and encouraged me . I have now booked my second block .

I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. Having experience with other personal trainers in the past, I can say that Andrew is head and shoulders above the rest in all aspects. His knowledge is second to none, and he breaks everything down to keep workouts simple and effective. After completing my first block of 10 sessions I am stronger, fitter and the results are there to see! The tailored workouts are fun yet challenging, and when paired with the diet plan, results can be assured. I am greatly looking forward to the next block that I did not hesitate to sign up to!

Andrew from Aesthetics Personal Training is at the top of his game when it comes to PT’s. My wife and I have been working closely with Andrew over the past 2 years and he has helped both of us reach our individual fitness goals. He is always there to answer any questions / to give advice, whether it be during a PT session, by email or just when catching him at the gym.Being a regular gym goer for the past 10 years, I felt like I was doing everything right but was just not seeing the results that I was looking for. Since working with Andrew, I have cut down my body fat percentage, whilst still building lean muscle mass. As an additional bonus, he has tailored both myself and my wife’s meal plans so that we cook the same meals but have different portion sizes to suit our individual macros.
