mike is an absolute legend, after dislocating my knee and trying to get back into running with no luck i started researching shoes, there was so many on the market i was very overwhelmed: so i came to mike- he did a 90 minute consultation with me and went above and beyond to find me a shoe that worked for me and my injury and it’s the best decision i made. If you are umming and arring whether to do this i would say go for it - it’s definitely worth it!

Not only have i walked away with the comfiest shoes I've ever owned, but the owner Mike was knowledgeable, engaging, and honest when it came to tailoring my running shoe experience. Mike came highly recommended so with my half marathon coming up I made an appointment and saw him today. He was absolutely brilliant and really helped me better understand the impact of running with the wrong shoes and helped to explain some of my current niggles. The personal service he provided was invaluable, he listened to what I needed, what I was doing, where I run and checked how I ran on the ground and also on the running machine. I was able to literally test different types of trainers to find the best ones for me.. and all for free and the trainers a very reasonable price, in fact cheaper than other online stores (I checked). I can’t thank Mike enough, I will definitely be coming back for my next pair and highly recommending. A huge thank you.

Customer service at this shop is 100% outstanding. After my appointment I walk out very happy with all the information and the shoes I have. I had a small issue with the trainer after. the owner was amazing at dealing with it and all sorted within 5mins.I really recommend the shop for any running needs.

Made an appointment today to get some new trail runners and some road runners, as like myself, my current ones were old and tired. Mike was absolutely brilliant in explaining everything about the mechanics of running and how the right shoes would possibly get rid of the laundry list of ailments that usually affect me. His advice was invaluable and I have come away with two pairs of trainers that are both far more comfortable and far faster than the two previous pairs, which is a sure win on both counts. He also makes a great cup of coffee, so all-in, I can't recommend him and this shop enough. I'll definitely shop here from now on. I also picked up this lovely hat.
