Incredible service- I was recommended this jewellers from a friend who recently bought an engagement ring from here. I was planning on proposing to my partner and already had a ring but it needed repairing, resizing and cleaning. I messaged Henry rose via Facebook messenger and had a really friendly response telling me they could do it and gave me a rough idea of how long it would take. They were extremely professional and completed everything within two weeks, meaning I could ask her the big question whilst we were on holiday and make it extra special. They also included a beautiful presentation box which made the proposal even more special, thank you to everyone at Henry Rose. I fully trust them with all of my jewellery needs in the future.

I can thoroughly recommend this place. Three visits and looked after me each time. I have made two purchases and been very happy with the service and products both times.The last visit was for a watch repair. I was so impressed, they replaced the battery and repaired the strap the same day.Cannot recommend them enough, great little shop and looks amazing. I shall certainly be back.

Fantastic service. After 43 years my wife’s wedding band was so thin it broke, naturally she was upset. Jason (the owner) suggested that he could make a new one with some additional gold which I had from some cuff links. The ring is perfect exactly like the old one but slightly thicker. I had scratched my Tag watch on holiday. Henry Rose was a recommendation, I popped in and they took care of the scratches whilst I waited and free of charge.Friendly and excellent service.5 stars!

Took my Hamilton watch (my everyday work watch so it sees some action) for a polish. I couldn’t believe how many jewellers no longer offer this service. Most seem to be just high street retailers now. Got the watch back after just one week and the overall result was great. No scratches remain and the watch looks brand new! At a fraction of the price of the jewellers that I purchased it from. The lady and gentleman at the desk (I believe the owners) were great. Would recommend.

my husband went in today to get price for new clip on my necklace that had broken man took necklace in back of shop to see if he had clip came back with it mended then said price would have liked to be given price first before saying if wanted it mending when said this in shop was told well i can take it of to me this is rather rude will not be returning to this shop

I've just collected an 18ct Gold ring which I had bespoke made to order to replicate my late Grandfathers ring that I lost. The service I've received from Jason and Sam was nothing less than outstanding. From an original chat over what I wanted, to CAD design images through to manufacture and then delivery. Everything went perfectly. Jason and Sam communicated very regularly with updates on the progress of my piece. The finished result is an incredible, beautifully made ring that is exact to the original design I was presented with. I'm over the moon and would highly recommend this family business jeweller especially if you are looking for something a little bit different. Amazing jewellers, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly staff.Needed my engagement ring repairing, 3 new claws, resizing and a missing diamond. Was given a very reasonable quote. All done in 10 days and to a very high standard. Price came in well below the quote . Super pleased with it and will definitely be using them again.
