They delay my medicines at the two orders that I place and I must be found by my self with an emergency prescription, this place is risk for life of their costumers, they are not selling pizzas, are medicines. For your own security, avoid this place.

I implore you to use a standard pharmacy and not this service.They have time and time again not fulfilled my repeat prescription (despite my GP clearly sending it to them). I have to contact them again and again for them to sort out delivering it.They make it difficult to contact them - often instead of hiring enough people to respond to your calls or attempts at web chats they just respond with an automated message to try again later - not good enough and irresponsible.I have just received notification that they have delivered my prescription - yet it is nowhere to be found. For many people prescriptions will be sensitive information and I have multiple times found delivered prescriptions just left in communal areas.This service is one of the most irresponsible I have come across and I will be switching back to a standard pharmacy first thing tomorrow.

I have used them For years and all was ok apart from the odd hiccup but now they have changed things and messed around with their website I can’t Order my meds. If it’s not broke don’t fix it. They’re not reliable or easy to use and as for communication that in it’s self is a joke. I Have decided not to use them anymore and I’d suggest others fo the same

Complete and utter incompetence! I guess that is what happens when the NHS outsource.
