I have been to Sarah for sports massages after a couple of gym related injuries.Being a first timer, I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. I needn't have worried. Sarah instantly put me at ease and I felt in very capable hands.She is a fountain of knowledge and gave me numerous stretches and routines to help with my mobility, all included.I left feeling like i was walking on air.My only regret is that I don't get to her often enough!I highly recommend a visit and would not go anywhere else.

Sarah always makes me feel welcomed and looked after. Highlight of my day is seeing her for my appointments. She really takes time to understand what the problem is and goes above and beyond to help improve it. Would 100% recommend her if you want a friendly PT or Sports Massage Therapist.

I have a massage with Sarah once a month to help with my back and shoulders as i have been suffering with these areas the last months and i can say i always leave extremely happy with how she helps me get my movement back to normal. She is brilliant at her job and i can't recommend her enough for anyone who is looking for something like this. She is the best ans i wouldn't go to anyone else.

Sarah is an extremely knowledgeable and motivational trainer. She has a range of qualifications so she can always adapt the session to meet my needs. She always provides a relaxed and comfortable environment to train in and always makes the sessions enjoyable. I always look forward to every session. Would definitely recommend if you want a trainer that encourages you to push yourself but also takes an interest in you as a person.

I started seeing Sarah for help with toning up in April this year and have had a weight training session and Boxercise session twice weekly since then. I am now joining the gym as I feel confident enough to carry on alone and Sarah is providing the programme for me which we will continue to review every month. I loved my sessions with Sarah, she is so encouraging and helps you to push yourself further than you believe you can, she is a lovely person and we had such a laugh along the way she tailors the routines to your needs and goals and keeps you motivated by changing things around every time. If you have a fitness goal then Sarah is definitely the person you need and I would fully recommend.

I have had one to one and class based training with Sarah, as well as rehabilitation exercises following surgery. Her knowledge and delivery skills are second to none. She is motivational, gets results and empowers you to believe in yourself. Sarah does not judge and makes you feel completely comfortable. I really cannot recommend highly enough!
