Just got Archie back after a visit to Fetch club. What a wonderful job Hayley has done. Have already booked our next session. Highly recommended.

We'll equipped wash room and friendly service. Easy to park, with a cafe within 100 yards if you're waiting.

Our Tilly had a last minute appointment. We found Hayley’s service very professional and accommodating. Will definitely use the Fetch Club again!

We have a very nervous lab, Hayley made sure he was settled and took as much time as he needed. Loki has never smelt or looked so good.

Hayley was great, making a super job of our scruffy dog and turning him into a wonderful sight to behold. This was our third visit and and we'll certainly be taking him back for a fourth.

Although Hayley is predominantly a dog groomer she does take on cats in certain welfare situations. My elderly cat, M, finds it difficult to groom her hind quarters resulting in her fur becoming matted. I waited six weeks for an appointment with a mobile cat groomer who failed to turn up on the day. I then rang round all the local dog groomers to see if anyone would be willing to remove the matted fur to make M more comfortable. Hayley agreed & got us in almost immediately. Thank goodness my original groomer let me down as Hayley was wonderful with M who remaining calm throughout (no doubt reassured by Hayley's kind & caring nature & expert handling). M now has a new lease of life, is full of energy & very playful. She also lets me groom her every day which should prevent the same situation arising in future. I am so grateful to Hayley for coming to our rescue & would thoroughly recommend her.

I took my nervous reactive dog to Hayley and Emma for his first groom at Fetch Club. Emma came out to greet us and have a thorough chat about Freddie and his needs. I left him feeling apprehensive but shouldn't have worried. I returned to a smart and very relaxed Freddie who didn't give Emma and Hayley any problems. He is a lot more comfortable with his shorter hair style. Thank you to you both for a very positive experience for us both!
