I am a 75 year old man, and was a keen cyclist, I survived a stroke and decided it was time to purchase a hybrid bike. Unfortunately the stroke left me with a speech disability that makes me unable to communicate verbally.Jack Watts-Baktah of Halfords Weymouth helped me choose and purchase a suitable bike. His patience, clear and concise communication skills, technical knowledge and excellent customer care were invaluable. - nothing was too much trouble.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Someone used my email to set up an account. I am an American so there is no way I would be buying, using, or going to Halford's. I notified the company and they said they would escalate it and make it a priority. Total silence and NO responses. All I want is for them to close the fraudulent account and NOTHING from the company. WARNING: if you have an issue, this company does not care about you. They outsourced their customer service and it shows.

Excellent experience with bike section at Halfords Weymouth. Jack was friendly and enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. Bought a couple of tyres and tubes (following a blow out) and used the fitting service.Would definitely recommend, due to the high quality of service from Jack

I was assisted by Jack in your Weymouth branch. He was very polite and patient. He gave me great help describing how I could alter my bike into a better sitting/back/arm position. His help was really valuable as I am suffering from neck strain probably from riding my bike improperly built. He also invited me to return with my bike for advise if necessary. He also sold me a new helmet. Thank you Jack.

First time at this store. Well laid out with parking. Popped in for wiper blade, offered fitting for a fiver & done straight away. Friendly service, would Recommend.
