Popped in to enquire about facilities. Was immediately welcomed and shown some units. Andrew spent time explaining how the facility works and gave me a run down of costs. We agreed to hold a unit for a few days whilst I decided if the unit and cost was acceptable. All info was emailed to me. I accepted the contract a few days later and am pleased with how it all went smoothly.

Trasey was very prompt in following up on my web enquiry. I’ve never rented space before so we went through everything and she was very thorough.The process to provide all the ID, paperwork etc was managed by Ana in the branch and it was easy. Ana was very good, smiley face and couldn’t be more helpful.Like I say, never rented any storage space before and Trasey and Ana made it easy and simple and felt at ease.Great pricing and great customer service… I would absolutely recommend Trasey, Ana and Safestore Crayford!

Can't rate safestore staff highly enough. So friendly, so helpful. Could have stayed and chatted all day. If ever I need a storage locker again I'll be straight back there! 100% recommended like hiring from a friend. Will miss them!

Sorting out a storage unit was much easier than I expected. Staff were extremely helpful showing us around and explaining how it worked. The half-price offer for the first 8 weeks combined with an NHS discount was very welcome. We would recommend this facility.

Cannot say enough how lovely the staff are here! I was a little daunted as never used a service like this before but Ana and Tracey were so helpful in showing me how everything worked. Needed somewhere to store all my belongings as part of a house move and couldn’t be more perfect! Extremely convenient for getting in and out with great access, cost efficient and lovely and clean.

Really impressed with how quickly I was able to book in. As an indurty, storage companies call far too many times after an initial enquiry. It gelt like I was being hounded when I only needed a quote at the time. However when I was ready to book all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. No issues and my driver was able to fill the unit without me present.

Very strange that your asked why you want a trolley for? You need it to move things besides they hide the trollies like they are gold dust.It’s one woman with a strange attitude rest of the staff are ok
