I found a suitcase I wanted and hit the queue, it was without doubt even in these latter pandemic times ridiculous. After 10 minutes I quit. The waiting line was almost to the door. One of the till operatives went off during the rush to be replaced by.....can you guess. Yep no one!!

Brought clothes from here always been able to return without a problem. Brought holiday clothes went away came back to return some items, couldn't find receipts all labels intact was told policy changed no receipts no returns no exchange. Won't be shopping there again!

Wanted some summer shorts and got just what I was looking for. I nearly got a couple of shirts but didn't have my size. Apart from that a really good experience

Large store with plenty free parking. The store offers click and collect service too. Self checkouts mostly. Clothing ranges from Women's, Mens and Children. They also have a children toy section and a 'Home' section too. Staff have been always helpful during our visits.

Decent Matalan one of the better ones in my opinion. I find that the clothes are hit or miss hence it looses a star. But overall it has a good amount of clothing and home products.

The store was reasonably tidy and it was easy to find what I needed. The prices were great and the staff were nice enough at the counter.

Spacious car park and lots of variety of clothing and home bits. Currently they have some Xmas gifts out along with Halloween

It is getting reare to find a department store on the high street, especially with the free parking.. Clothes here are decent for the price.. We all need to support these high street shops we have left

Horrible!!! Waiting for 40 minutes to be served with 2 people in front of me. No-one cares. Such a bad management. Staff had issues with till and he just walked away!! Really? It that how it works those days? It's not the first time Matalan wasted mytime.
