Deep inside an industrial estate lies a newish Travelodge. I had never been in one that had a bar, lounge area with TV, and did warm breakfast. They also offered pizzas on the evening which looked decent. Staff really nice and helpful.

Clean rooms, great friendly service. Didn't try the food. Situated on a huge distribution centre industrial estate but no issues with noise etc. Easy to find. Good nights sleep and a handy stopover for Cornwall.lots of restaurants at Cribbs Causeway, a 10.min drive away.

No signal anywhere in the hotel which is a little inconvenient; WiFi is pretty cheap but not great.User driver had some difficulty finding the location.Rooms are standard travel lodge rooms appeared clean but definitely gross aspects when you look (took the bin loner out of the bin to find pure stains all down the sides.

Lovely stay, room was good. Dusty in places. Couldn't fault the staff. Food got mixed up, we ordered nachos and got chicken wings but it was all good in the end. Food was excellent on the first night, breakfast was good too

At first glance we were shocked that this Travelodge was set on an Industrial Estate.We're worried about noise but it was very quiet. Didn't even know we were next to the Amazon distribution hub.The staff here were very friendly and helpful.It is a fairly new hotel and the rooms were very nice, although it was not cleaned very well.Very dusty shelves, and although vacuumed, nothing had been moved, just vacuumed around.

Big Travelodge that unfortunately had staffing issues the evening we arrived. The staff were helpful and friendly, but rushed off there feet. Room clean apart from the odd rough hair in the sink and bath, plus no shampoo/wash in bathroom. Relatives after waiting for 30 mins in lobby, as they had to serve people at the bar first. In the morning more staff and good breakfast, although coffee terrible. Location ok, but they haven’t built the junction to the main road yet so you have to go a long way round to get there. Ok for the price.

Although I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast, I had an issue with the lock - the door wouldn't lock on the outside, so I had to lock it on the inside. I spoke to the reception team and they said it was a battery issue, but they won't fix it until I'm gone. I don't think I'll be staying there again after that problem, in which I could've had someone go into my room and steal something. Also, the shampoo and conditioner mix in the shower wasn't thick enough - luckily I brought my own shampoo and conditioner.

I had an event in Wales and stopped here late (2am)on the way back.From start to finish, the staff has been nice and helpful.The room was lovely and super clean.Really, can't fault it!!Absolutely Recommended!

The staff are good and room was comfortable, but still can’t understand why Travelodge keep installing baths.Restaurant and food was good and the bar not overly priced.Location is in an industrial estate, but okay and fairly quiet.
