We just wanted to say a big thank you for matching us with Claire this weekend, she was an absolute delight with Felix and took such wonderful care of him! She immediately put us at ease and made our very first time away from Felix so carefree. She even sent us pictures as an update which I especially appreciated! :) Felix immediately took to her and had no problem at all with us leaving him in her care.Claire is just wonderful and so sweet and when we’ll come back to Bath, we’ll definitely contact you ahead of time to make sure we get to see her again.

I booked a babysitter via Bath Babysitting agency to babysit my 3.5 year old in our air b and b whilst I attended a wedding in Frome. It was on relatively short notice but Maria was quick to respond and to find someone who was available for that evening. She sent me a mini CV and photocard of our babysitter Bianca and Bianca gave me a call a few days before the booking to introduce herself which of course put me at ease. Bianca (who is a mum herself) was very warm and made my child feel at happy and comfortable straight away. They played together (puzzles and colouring that we had brought from home) for an hour in a different room whilst my husband and I got ready for the wedding. My child was absolutely fine being left with her for the evening and slept through the night. Bianca sent me a short update when my child was asleep and was very flexible regarding our return time. I would happily recommend this agency to anyone needing childcare in the area - it is clear that Maria has taken time to source high quality and reliable babysitters.

I stayed in Bath for a long weekend with my husband and 2 young children (aged 16 months and 3.5 years). We were recommended Bath Babysitting Agency by the Queensberry Hotel, where we were staying and we are so delighted with the service they provided. I contacted Maria last minute, the day before we required a 3 hr daytime booking so my husband and I could enjoy a long lunch together and it seemed like no problem at all to organise a sitter. I was directed to book online which was very simple and i had a confirmation within a few hours of who the sitter would be. We were lucky enough to have the lovely Claire look after our children at the hotel for us and she was brilliant, she called to confirm the night before and arrived early to look after the kids. The 3.5 year old reported that Claire was lots of fun and they had a great time together, she even gave the 16 month old a nap which is no easy feat. The prices were very reasonable and the service excellent. We are very grateful and i wish all agencies were as easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend.

We hired a babysitter for the evenings for our stay at Lucknam park. Our babysitter was very trustworthy. Before booking Maria was able to reassure me that the babysitter was very experienced, had the correct qualifications and an up to date DBS check. So important when you are looking for someone to watch your child. Made all the difference to us being able to enjoy a well deserved break. We will def use this agency again when returning to Lucknam Park.

I have been working for Bath Babysitting for a year now and I absolutely love it. The families I get to meet and work with are wonderful and quite often I get to babysit for regular families too. In the summer I did some babysitting with another colleague in a school during a Christian week where the families had activities and church during the day and in the evenings we looked after the children, watching films, playing games and reading with them before ensuring they were ready and in bed before their parents returned from their nights out. Maria always ensures that I have bookings as much as she can and gives me all the information in advance so that I can confirm with the parents before the booking and stay in touch with them until the end of the booking.
