God awful, changed to this pharmacy after moving, rang 2 weeks before hand to confirm they could accommodate my prescription as I have a lot of controlled medications for pain. My Dr sent script on Monday, I rang on the Thursday to ask if I could come and pick it up.Only to be informed they didn't have my meds in stock.. then just lie after lie after lie They had 3 weeks to fill that prescription. The manager is appaling,no accountability,no apology and was also told other patients come 1st. Then all of a sudden they could order my meds for that afternoon..i asked for delivery going forward just to ensure continuality which she agreed to. She then rang back to inform me they couldn't deliver for the next 2 weeks.. Absolutely appallingly service and the way she talks to people is absolutely dreadful . Been sat in my house all day and now is 4 pm, I should have had my 1st dose at breakfast.. I have no words..

Called in for advice and they couldn’t have been more helpful, very friendly staff and very informative manager with a willingness to help (something not a lot of companies want to to)Thank you all very much

They have No confidentiality they broadcast your business to the hole shop XXX Awful just Awful xx they need to respect people's privacy

My daughter told me they took a scrip for a prescription from her without her permission. So they could order it - their orders from Friday don't come in until Tuesday or Wednesday, so this was bad of them . Also they are closed for long periods including weekends and bank holidays.

My grandma is a regular client here. She was singing praises of one of the staff members, she couldn't catch a name. So to the red haired assistant, thank you for making her day.

Appalling service. I received a text to say my prescription was ready. They told me we dont have it" so I showed them the message. "We dont have it

The staff here constantly go above and beyond for their customers - cannot fault this pharmacy for service, communication, understanding and professionalism. Well done guys!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I was seen almost immediately. Good service and practically no waiting time. However, it can be a bit hard to find a spot in the car park

EDIT: Sad to be changing my review but after the previous lead pharmacist and some of his staff left, the pharmacy has gone quickly downhill. It takes a long time for prescriptions to be ready but that isn't contributing to this review as I know they are understaffed. Every time I've been in since, the staff have been incredibly rude. One time was to the extent that I cried after I left........The staff are delightful, always extremely helpful and kind. I've been going to this pharmacy for 3 years and haven't had a bad experience once. I get my flu jabs here too and the nurse is superb!

My husband had ear wax removal here recently. After many years of relying on removal the 'old'way, it was a really great experience for him to have a lot of wax removed simply and painlessly using the new suction service now provided at this branch. Ayesha was very professional and caring at the first appointment where the problem was diagnosed. She then observed and supported the process as a new practitioner, and the whole process was very quick and highly successful. So much better than the previous way with water. He will definitely use this pharmacy again and is already telling others how successful an experience it was. Thank you Ayesha and team!
