Great company, very reliable which is so important particularly for my holiday let property. Kim is a great communicator, always quick to respond and the cleaning is of a good standard which again, is important when letting out a property.

Kim and her company do a great job. They started cleaning for me around the time of the birth of my nearby second grandchild, so I have been more distracted and disorganised than I normally would be, but they have kindly worked around me ( Kim is a great communicator - swift, and clear with her replies), and it is a joy to come home to a clean house after my exhausting child care / granny days. Spirit lifting!

Note: these comments apply only to the administrative side of the business, not the cleaning itself. I asked for a quote for cleaning services in late September last year and received a visit/quote a week or so later. I decided not to proceed at that point as I found a more experienced cleaner at a lower hourly rate than I was being offered by Kingsteignton Cleaners (KC). Unfortunately, that cleaner stopped work for medical reasons in late November and I went back to KC to ask if there was any availability. At point I was eventually quoted an hourly rate that was 25% above the rate I had been quoted just a few weeks earlier in October. When I queried that pricing, I was told that the rate had increased because (1) the business had expanded and costs had risen (aren't revenues also supposed to rise when businesses expand !?), and (2) because I have some specialist" items

Used Kim for cleaning 2 of my rentals after building work had taken place ready for new tenants, great service, very happy

We find Kim and her staff to be friendly, efficient, and very polite, couldn't ask for more.
