Haven’t been here for a few years, called in whilst on a walk and pleased we did. Staff very friendly, place was warm, clean, ambience was just right and it was cosy. Impressed with the non sticky tables. (Pet hate - sticky tables!)

We're so lucky to have a friendly, welcoming local pub at the Black Horse. It is really well kept and run. A great place to have a drink, they do snacks and on Fridays there is a great food van in the carpark. You can take your food to eat in the pub. The Mexican food was so good!

The Black Horse
After 10 years as regulars at this pub we have said goodbye due to moving away. We are already missing everyone. Our dog Brian is sulking at losing his regular cuddles! It's a truly wonderful pub. Steve and Kerry are the best hosts you could wish for. If you want a proper pub (not a restaurant) with great beer and a real pub atmosphere this is the place for you. Check the Facebook page for lovely food pop-ups.
