City Car Wash

Poor work carried out, came back the same as another local car Wass despite chasing 3 times more. Had to ask for it to be finished before driving awayVery poor service and expensive.

Took car there today got home and noticed the roof and bonnet scratched to hell, really stand out on the metallic paintwork

Not bad value car wash. Listen to what I want, no harsh brushes etc. Convenient and quick hand wash

Had a valet today.drove off very happy until I got home and noticed they hadn't do t the back seat.wont be using them again.£14 is alot of money to pay when the job isn't done properly.

These lovely helpful people ordered me a taxi when my phone was dead, without them I would have been stuck in a place I didn't know my way around. So thank you!

Perfect car wash for a great price!

I went for a mini valet at city car wash on London road yestaday (wednesday) they did a good job of the car BUT what I DIDNT expect was to have things STOLEN from out of my car a few weeks ago I went to the same place just for a car wash & the lad doing the car wash asked if he could have my window squeeze from in the car I said NO BUT when I went yestaday that same window squeeze was taken along with a tin from out of the boot it only had broken Jewellry in it that I was going to have fixed but they were gold & silver items inside, also my trolly token from front in a dish. I went straight back within 10 mins if leaving & 3 of them came out to my car & took everything out 4 times but I knew it was missing as I NEVER take it out of the car 1 of them went & bought an ordinary Replacment but it's NOT the same as mine which was long handled with a very wide blade on it witch was perfect for me as in not very tall so don't get the same reach on my windscreen esp from outside. I WONT EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN & I will tell EVERYONE that a theif works there.

I've been using this place since it opened years ago, never had an issue until yesterday, took my car to be washed and had my windscreen chipped by one of the men using the jet wash! Also noticed a large scratch on the back of the car, but couldn't prove that, owner told me to go to halfords where its free to have a chip repaired, of which it isn't, it costs £40, they're not willing to pay!! I'll never use this place again and I'll put the word around on my place of work, which is almost next door to it, with hundreds of staff not to use the place either, was called darling on the phone, making out I'm a liar, patronising unmentionables!!

Waited over 20 mins to get car washed Stupid set up considering these guys are busy. Guy who was washing the car had an attitude and wearing a bumbag with zips on it conveniently scratched most of my car whilst leaning on it. Absolute joke won’t be using again!!
