Premier Inn Dundee East hotel

Stayed on a Thursday night. Excellent price. Reception easy and very friendly. Stayed on ground floor. Free parking of which there was plenty. Great location with a coop across the road as well as a dominos, chip shop, Chinese and Indian / kebab shop. Room was clean and tidy though the shower head needs a clean. Breakfast at the restaurant adjacent was freshly cooked and very nice, excellent and friendly service. Only downside was the stench of cannabis which was rife in the corridor and was strong throughout the night.

Usual clean and comfortable. Quiet with a lot of early start trades but they're quiet. Poor local take aways but the adjacent pub is fine.

One of the better premier inn hotels I've stayed in. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff had some issues with the connection on their system so manually booked us which was no hassle to us.

Very consistent. Good facilities.Breakfast cooked to order instead of the usual buffet. We had dinner in the restaurant too. Very nice and plenty of choice. Staff were great.

Rooms good but warm, very small opening window and no other ventilation. 25.c all night with zero heat and window open as much as possible. Breakfast poor with no real coffee. They had some instant coffee spooned into a jug, I asked for real coffee and they refused and wouldnt serve from their expresso machine. In end I used an instant sachet from room, but Ive never stayed in a Premier Inn with no real coffee. I wont stay here again.

Fantastic place. We just spent a few nights here while visiting dundee. Have to say one of the nicest premier inns I've been to. The room is very clean and tidy. Though only gave 4 stars as the taps on the bath are very, very loose, shower is fantastic, love the high pressure of it.Service of the staff has been brilliant, the service by the receptionist Lauren has been exceptional. She has professionally resolved any issues we've had and in a good time as well. She was also very good and attentive to my 3 year old daughter.The bell tree restaurant is very, very good, food is really delicious, well cooked and hot. We had the mac & and cheese, and it was delicious. For pudding, we had sticky toffee, with bourdon sauce, and it was divine. You could really taste the booze in the sauce!Unlike other premier inns, the breakfast isn't a buffet one. It's a cooked to order and what a difference in quality. The bacon, eggs, and sausages are lovely and hot! You can order as much as you want as well. If you want 10 sausages, you can have it!Would recommend!

Premier Inn in good location. Friday night was quiet. Nice pub next door for evening meal and breakfast. Other takeaway food outlets across the street. Good size car park.Reception has check in desk and Check-in Kiosk. Vending machine.

Just back from a nights stay. Staff are all very helpful and happy. Staffs attention to detail was great! Answered and helped with all my queries. Made it a really pleasant stay. Will definitely be back for our next stay in Dundee. Keep up the great work!
