The Willows; Community Yoga in Ryton

Been made to feel so welcome here despite not being able to keep up 100% with the more dynamic classes. Can feel a positive difference after a month and some persistent back pain is easing. Must give a special mention to Caireen - her Wednesday morning class is a particular favourite and she’s created a lovely welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

I recently joined the Willows Yoga Studio and have really enjoyed the classes. The teachers have been very approachable and the yoga flows are well described during the sessions. Nicola was very helpful, describing adjustments I could make during my pregnancy and also providing me with lots of extra blankets to make sure I was comfortable!

A really relaxed and friendly Yoga studio thats really helping me with some persistent shoulder pain!I found the courses really accessible as someone who has never done yoga before and doesn't have a special interest in it but is able to use it as a wellbeing and health benefit in a pressure free environment!Fingers crossed I'm getting a bit better in my practice but for me that's an entirely secondary goal to the real health benefits I've been enjoying since starting (I have to admit I was dubious about how beneficial it would be when I started - how wrong I was!)
