Marpol Security look after the security at our office space Liverpool. It feels a bit like Fort Knox when you are trying to get in :) Decent intercom system on entry and CCTV on your way up to a second entry card point before heading to the office. It's a big weight off your shoulders knowing you and your staff in a secure work space.

I have never needed to use a security firm before and to be honest thought it would be a bit daunting to arrange. Neil Balmer Business Service Manager and the team were just great and super helpful .Marpol Security were really lovely to deal with, very responsive and also adaptable as my requirements changed. They quoted me various options so I could make an informed decision and what was originally just a 2 week job I extended to 4 months as I really valued what they did. Knowing that our empty site was being checked at random times each night meant I could relax as I knew the building was in safe hands. I received daily reports including pictures of all checks made and specific comments if anything was noted as slightly different.I 100% recommend, really professional, great service and also great price!! Would definitely use again, thanks guys!

I use Marpol to secure and protect my offices. Their reliable guards unlock the premises in the morning, lock them in the evening and provide alarm response overnight. Great service and safety of mind. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend marpol security, great team of people. All health and safety up to date, always reliable, get support when and where needed from all staff. Have amazing people skills and managers and supervisors are very approachable, always fair and have available hours if needed.

Left me waiting for nearly three hours and when I called them back to findout what was going on, they refused to give me a call out time. Lazy, unresponsive and poor customer service .

I'll briefly tell you about my experience with Marpol.I booked the holidays a month before but have not received any payments during my holidays.In my return I asked for an explanation then they said they can't find my holiday form.In addition so many times they didn’t pay for petrol properly when I have to go out of Manchester to cover the site and I got tired of complaining to the supervisor every time at the petrol station tesco Salford.I am very disappointed with this company that plays these games.I worked 60/70 H hours a week for this company but the way they treat employees is unfair.I don't recommend anyone to work with them unless their attitude and some policies will change.
