I can't comment on the experiences themselves yet as they are for Christmas presents. But, the service so far has been excellent, from ordering to delivery. I will definitely use Into the Blue in the future.

Very happy with my purchase. Customer service was quick to help with any questions and resolved my issue quickly. Delivery was quick. Looked smart in the envelope. Doesn't give it away what it is.

Good intentions let down by poor programming. It took 2 hours to effect a straightforward booking for a dinner and a boat trip. The route to booking is overly complicated, is handled by several different organisations, and fails to confirm when inputs are made in answer to requests. So one spends a couple of hours getting the booking sorted only to find that it does not appear the resulting booking has been confirmed. The entire system needs checking from the Clients point of view - it should NOT take 2 hours!

I will never use this company again. They add a huge mark up to the vouchers and when you try to get a refund or exchange from the provider, you lose significantly. I would recommend booking direct rather than going through this business. Super disappointed.

I wasn't looking for the sky diving experience, but stumbled across it while looking for body building gifts! I was inspired by the choices 'Into the Blue' had to offer and how affordable the sky diving tunel is. The booking experience was easy and the confirmation was instant. The tickets and information came in 24 hours. Can't wait now to register and go!!!

Easy to book and the experience arrived within a short time. The experience was booked for my three grandchildren for a Christmas present, unfortunately the experience card arrived as one card with x 3 written on it, very disappointing as cannot give the experience to each person. So I now have to try and make up some sort of experience card myself to show what their present is. For the money each experience costs sending three experience cards would be minimal and had I have ordered all three totally separate I would have had three experience cards.Rather disappointing.

Booking on line was easy. Plenty of information about the experiences on offer, and I did feel that the company actually caredI bought this as a gift for my son so hopefully I will be able to give more feedback in month or two

I ordered a voucher as a gift over the phone. The lady who dealt with my order was helpful, efficient, friendly and above all, cheerful - which makes a big difference these days. Ordering was therefore a pleasant experience and the product arrived two days later. Excellent service!
