I did a walk in and there was a little bit of a wait but I’m happy with the service I received. I had French Tip toes done exactly how I wanted them, paid £25. The lady was really nice and made sure I was happy before I left.

Do not get eyebrow tinting! Asked for light brown and got black and in straight square lines, absolutely ruined them and shouted when I said I didn’t like them. Staff are rude and BIAB isn’t good quality as nails feel very weak.

I saw Andy for a gel French manicure (and removal of previous gel polish). He was great! Really kind and friendly and very fast and efficient. Very attentive to detail. I was in and out in under an hour. Absolutely love my nails! Highly recommend him and Tips and Toes

My favourite nail shop - kind of annoying that you always have to queue but supply and demand! Always busy but worth the wait.

Nice and Friendly staff other than I think it’s the female owner. Was overcharged for a service, when asking a question about the nails to the nice man doing them was interrupted by the owner telling me to ‘just tell him what you want’ multiple times although she could see the paintwork was slightly wonky, when seeing this I said ‘oh it may just be my nail’ she then abruptly responded to me AGAIN with an attitude whilst shaking her head at me repeating herself to just communicate with him when I was doing exactly that. So I kept quiet as I felt uncomfortable. The man noticed this who then afterwards asked if the work is okay and if I’m sure as he could see her behaviour had annoyed me. Tried originally charging almost double saying I got a full acrylic toe set when I only got 1 repair until I called her out for it then was still charged more and given reasons to why, although none were advertised on price list. She will argue and say the ‘added extras’ wouldn’t be advertised yet my friend had the exact same ‘french nail’ design on HANDS and was charged considerably less. Really unprofessional from the owner, customers who are paying should be allowed to raise any questions they like especially when being considerate of the nail technicians work, without having an attitude thrown to them. Wouldn’t return.

I love that they do walk in appointments, and always do their best with the designs I come in with. Very friendly.

Absolutely no care is taken in their pedicures. The tools used can only be described as kitchen utensils, not what you expect to see when you’re having a pedicure! I have cuts all over my toes, was quite clearly bleeding during the treatment and wasn’t offered even a discount for the pain suffered. Such a shame as this salon is so convenient for me location wise, but I won’t be returning.

Super friendly staff and always love my nails. The nail tech are really good at giving advice, especially with my weak nails. Will be back again soon. Highly recommend.

Nail technicians with rude behavior, that don’t care about your nails much and your wishes, their focus is rather set to accommodate as much customers as possible, far away from providing the quality service. I am willing to pay more to get my nails done properly with a professional service. I found another salon in the same area so much better (a total opposite), surprisingly even in the same price range. Have no reason to return.

Nice people. I’ve been there a few times now however my most recent visit made me reconsider. There was so many flies landing on me. The hygiene in this place is not good at all. Everything was dirty. They don’t sanitise the equipment. The brush had stains on. Kitchen roll on tables has black patches on. Wouldn’t recommend based on the cleanliness but nice people and nails are okay.
