To start, the customer service was impeccable, not just in the sense that they could answer all my questions but that they were friendly and welcoming every time I came in. I had a water damaged iPad Air screen which they were able to replace within the day. Since there was a problem with the 1st replacement screen (which was not their fault), I came back a few days later and they managed to switch it with a new replacement screen free of charge. Since I was quite busy, they even held onto my iPad for a few days with no inconvenience. Additionally, they also fitted a protective screen onto my iPad at a reasonable price whilst fixing the screen itself. If you are looking for a quick fix at affordable prices with excellent customer service, HEX is for you.

The place across the road was alitlle bit cheaper however after speaking with both shops Hex guys certainly knows what they are doing and sounded more professional and reassuring. Very happy with the iPhone repair provided within the hour.

These guys provide an amazing service; they know their stuff and are confident and fairly priced. I was in and out and my phone was fixed in no time. Thank you, and very highly recommended!

Really helpful. The main guy (didn't catch his name) answered everything I threw at him and managed to repair my daughter's phone within hours of the part arriving. The only reason I have 4 instead of 5 stars is the pricing. I don't think it's their fault (more the makers), but it was not cheap. I think this was the cost of the part and not the labour. Would definitely use them again

I was worried about price and time but the technician behind the counter fixed the issue immediately and didn't charge!.. i cannot recommend the quick, professional and honest service highly enough!! Had an old battery replaced and after ordering one in after checking my device, it took only a few days, I went back in with my phone and they had it replaced on the same day! Super happy with the service, prices are extremely fair and the staff are very friendly and informative! Will definitely be back for repairs in the future.

Got my laptop taken in for service here for the first time when the camera wasn't working. The owner, Darius, and his employees are all friendly and care about customers and their work. Darius works hard and believes in integrity for the business and the people and I respect that. He also is very helpful and knowledgeable about technology, having given me some great advice about printers that I didn't know otherwise. His techs are knowledgeable and good, too. The guys were able to repair my laptop smoothly and promptly and my camera works great now. I will be going to them for any other tech repairs that I need and recommend them for anyone else interested. Thanks a lot!

My laptop had stopped charging and I was recommended Hex by an IT company I know. Dariusz and his team couldn't have been anymore helpful and transparent about what the potential issue, costs and timescales could be. Issue sorted...defo go and speak to these guys...spot on and I would highly recommend :-)

Highly recommend! I woke up to my phone completely dead for no apparent reason. I was flying to Italy early the next morning! Hex ran diagnostics and figured out there was a short on the path from the battery. Amazingly, they were able to move things around and replace the part the same day because of my flight the following day. It has been about two weeks and it is working great since. I was so relieved and I’m so grateful to them!!! They saved me from having to buy a new phone last minute and losing whatever info wasn’t backed up. Darius, who is one of the owners, was extremely nice and informative. And the price was very reasonable. I’m really glad I took it to them!

Amazing tech shop and lovely staff! Helped me fix my computer after dropping it on its charger and it broke inside. They fixed with no charge and then gave me great advice on what new charger to buy.
