The operatives (gestapo) need some customer service training. There are polite ways to inform a customer that a charge is required. I'm not opposed to paying at all but I would appreciate a modicum of respect.

I love this place. Staff are by far the best of their profession. They are REAL people and we could all learn a lot from them. He asked me not to do this, but Mark is my favourite.I am a happily married man with three boys so hopefully this can be read in the manner intended. He brightens my day each and every time I see him.

I don't live in Oxfordshire, was doing a favour for a friend. Dropped off wood and pipes. Staff very friendly and there to give a helping hand if needed. There are charges for certain items (unlike shrewsbury where its free) but its a very small charge...

I visited Oakley Wood this week with my 15 year old son.Where my son was shouted out by a member of the site staffnamed 'Mark', according to his name badge, saying that you 'have to pay for that sonny'I didn't realise that I had to pay for certain types of waste, and I of course would have been more than happy to do so if it had been explained

The staff are always friendly, happy to go the extra mile to assist when taking heavy items. Happy to pay the £2 needed due to the item! The staff member was worried due to being shouted at by some. If you had to organise a skip it would cost so much more!Thank to you all for the amazing and invaluable service you provide!

Generally well run, tidy & efficient. There are a couple of staff who are a tad over zealous & abrupt if you dare to make the wrong judgment of where to place things, overall it’s a good local site.

The site is so good, always kept clean and staff here are amazing! I must make a shout out for one particular member of staff, Mickey. He is always so happy to help anyone unload and is so positive- even when he shouldn’t be! Thank you Mickey and all for what you do!

Maybe I was unlucky but during my visit yesterday I was greeted by someone who was clearly having a bad day. They were very rude and abrupt in directing me to which skip to use. Politeness and smile costs nothing.

Great centre. I’ve never queued, have attended on most days of the week, and just seen they do a late on a Thursday!
