Always very friendly and polite. My dog always looks fabulous when he goes there. Highly recommend to dog owners.

Is a lovely place and we feel very safe going to them with our doggy.They did brilliant job with the new space which gives opportunity to split bigger dogs from smaller ones and give enough space to all.Staff are always smily and welcoming and they care about the dogs, their welfare and their fun!

The BEST care for my little dog. Everyone is so friendly and get on with all the dogs. Perfect opening hours, 730 to 6. Cannot recommend enough!

Our boys LOVED it! Both absolutely k*kered when they came home. Big hit with the Village Groomers team too, so all good. They will be back!!

Tessa the Kelpie started going around 10 months old and can’t wait to jump out of the boot. The staff are professional and genuinely love the dogs! She’s exhausted and happy when she gets home :)

VG is well organised and the collections are useful, HOWEVER, they do not protect dogs or deal with incidents satisfactorily. My (very gentle) 9 month old black Labrador happily attended VG for a few months, but was then attacked by another dog (an older, chunky chocolate Labrador) leaving him with a very deep 2 inch wound & 2 layers of stitches, and me with a £500 vet bill. The manager would not even tell the other dog owner what happened, let alone consider how dogs are managed (though in fairness they took him to his vet straight away). Unfortunately, I’m sorry to say that they’re run primarily as a commercial business and not as a place where dog welfare comes first. I have now withdrawn my dog as it’s not safe for him to return.

Harry allways comes home happy and well groomed with a pretty bo. They allways on time and very pleasent team . Harry been going to them past 3 years I can't fault them at all they allways double check to see if there is anything specific Harry needs....yes Harry and I are very happy

This is the best groom my little man has ever had. They take their time and have styled Ted perfectly! He was super overgrown and in need of a haircut and they went above and beyond. Super happy with the service.

I feel like 5 stars isn’t enough for village groomers doggy daycare- it’s such a great service with lovely people. Great to have peace of mind knowing your dog is in the safest hands possible while he’s away

Cut my dog's tail bone, see picture.They didn't inform me of the cut when I collected her even though clearly had been bleeding, when we called to complain no reply. I cancelled future bookings on the website stating what had happened and still no contact. I am horrified, I understand accidents happen but to not say anything is disgusting.
