I was booked in at 1.50pm last Saturday 27/08/2022 with my Citroen C4 2021 with only 9800 miles at the Port Talbot Branch, So when Myself and Girlfriend turned up at 1.30pm at the WBAC Branch in Port Talbot it was locked up with the roller shutters closed down with No One Around so we waited until 2.30pm before we left and I continuously tried to phone them at there other WBAC branches to find out what was going on,with no answers just telling you to leave a message which I did. So they totally wasted myself and girlfriends time and not even a call back to apologise for what they had done totally Unprofessional so think carefully before you take your car to them,Dean M.

I sold my van here, I had the online valuation which I was happy with, after a very professional and thorough inspection by Raheb, some points were deducted for stone chips, minor paint blemishes etc, the actual price agreed was, in my opinion very fair and I walked away a happy bunny. Would I recommend this company? Yes!

We went to the office on Monday and had a chat to one of the office staff about our car,as it was we pick up the wrong paperwork and needed to gather more information so we could get a better deal. We shall go back in a few days and sort it out and hopefully we can close a deal with them and sell our car. The female staff in the office was very good at her job. We have given them a 4 star.

The guy who did the survey on my daughters car was lovely. Very friendly and professional. The price was way too low, so we didn't take the offer and ended up selling on gumtree the same day for £700 more. But if you're not bothered about the money and happy to take less for convenience, then this company may be for you!

The Staff at We Buy Any Car were extremely helpful and professional. We were very happy with how smoothly everything was handled, from the initial email through to completing the deal. We thought the amount we got for our car was fair, but were especially happy that it came into our account within 10 minutes. So much easier than selling privately and also more secure. Sold my mx5 this week to the Port Talbot branch. Found the whole experience excellent. Ellie was very professional and thorough throughout the whole process from assessing the vehicle to doing the paperwork. Quote and booking system easy. They paid me the full price they quoted for my car. It was immaculate condition. There are reviews saying they knock price down when you go there but it clearly states this may happen depending on condition etc. I guess if you are totally honest about condition in first place you won't be disappointed with price you get. It is second vehicle we have sold here and can not fault them. Money in bank in 15 mins and dvla email next day confirming change of ownership. Well done Ellie - excellent service with a smile.

He was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and explained the process as we went along and did his best to get as good a price as he could for my car.In my particular case, the car was of high mileage and so I was realistic in my expectations despite the initial online quotation.That said, I was really happy with the final price that was settled on and the whole process took under an hour, and the money was paid into my account the same day.So in my particular experience, I was really happy and would recommend WeBuyAnyCar if you have an older car with high mileage that you don't want the fuss and hassle of selling privately and just need a quick sale.
