Lido Leisure Park

We had an amazing time at Lido Park. We arrived early, not expecting to given our accomodation, the lovely guy on reception rang the cleaning lady and arranged for us to be given an early check in, this was greatly appeciated, as we had luggage but no car. The accomodation was spotless and had evrything that we needed and more. It was even nicer than the photos, we ate outside on the table and chairs in the lovely sunshine. The walk down to the river was very easy and gave us a lovely view. It was a flat 30 min walk into Knaresbourgh or there was a bus stop outside the park. Lots of retail shops within 2 min walk if you need anything, inluding M&S. Thank you Lido park for a lovely stay, hopefully we'll be back again soon.

Great location, lovely pub on site, great 8ce cream bar next to the river. Been 3 times and will be going again!

Beautiful, well maintained site. Friendly staff at reception with lovely cafe and clubhouse on site. Easy to use public transport to Harrogate, Knaresborough and Leeds with bus stop just outside the park. We stayed in a private van that was very clean and well equipped..loved it !

This is are second time staying at the Lido leisure park. As normal the caravan was very tidy! Unfortunately the last customers who stayed here weren’t very nice and smashed the tv which didn’t work for us when we tried turning it on and one of the bedroom doors which is taped up. We rung the owners and they kindly came with a new tv so we can use it. Me and my family are very grateful for the great communication as it was a very generous thing to do! Thank you :) The campsite is also very nice with nice views of hills and a park at the top of one, it’s very close to York which is where we will be spending the next few days and Knaresborough is located with many lovely restaurants and has a shopping retail park about a 1 minute drive from the campsite. We stopped at Marks and Spencer’s to get some food for the next few days and boots to get a few essentials. If your looking for a lovely campsite then please come here, it feels like it’s in the country side by the beautiful scenery but also has lots of essential shops, cafes and restaurants nearby which are helpful.

Great place to go for a holiday, I went for a weekend away and it has best of both worlds, close to nearby shops and places to go but also quiet on the park. Our caravan had a lovely outdoor seating area and everything you need in the caravan, including some games for me and the kids to play. Kids enjoyed it that much I never had to set the games console up! Always a bonus would definitely stay again. I'm sure it will be even better next time when they have finished their recent renovations to the shop.

The Lido Park is a lovely friendly place. Dog friendly park with plenty of places to walk around. The site is well maintained and the plots are not cramped together.

A lovely place to stay next to the river but found the public road to be quite noisy from hoon cars at night. Close to public transportation

Very nice stay here for 10 days. Well cleaned caravan, nice amenities with close access to the river Nidd, good cafe and pantry, close walk to St. James retail park for food/pharmacy, and just off the A59 to easily get to/from other places.

Had a fantastic couple of days in one of the rental caravans. The location is absolutely superb with lots of facilities . Had a divine milk shake at the Cafe by the river. Dog friendly with a great field on the hill to take your dog for a bit of a run. Absolutely spotless with staff constantly clearing and working on the grounds . Thoroughly recommended on the outskirts of Knaresborough
