Fantastic service ,just the best fitters, mark top man ! 3 bedroom carpets laid, all the trimmings and a top quality finish, perfection that man! LVT lads are just perfectionist ,large kitchen floor ,fantastic, 2 others all as good ! top service form RICH again! and will carry on using shaws .thanks for the best service ,great value for top flooring that looks amazing.

Excellent service.After spending ages doing the rounds and not getting what I wanted, I visited Shaw's floors this morning, what a fantastic service, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I thoroughly recommend anyone looking for flooring to go there first..Very helpful, friendly, and I was all sorted out in about 15 minutes, having bought carpets for my whole house..Also I saved about £500 on other quotes, and ended up with a superior quality carpet ..10/10

Would like to say a massive thank you to Richard and his team. A great service started by Richard coming to my property to measure all we required, popped into the shop couple days later to pick our carpet and laminate flooring. All completed in 4 visits from his fitters and all done, from start to finish a very nice experience from a truly professional run company

This is the first time we have brought carpet and had it fitted by Shaws Floors. From start to finish the service was very good. We were happy with the price that was quoted by Richard he kept us updated when there were issues with the supplier and Bob the fitter was excellent, he was happy and friendly and did an amazing job. Cannot recommend enough very happy with the service we received and will be using them again.

Couldn’t have asked for better service!Picked a vinyl off the roll to be told they had no availability to fit until another 3 weeks time. We then politely asked again if they could do this week as we needed it urgently, which they then moved some work around in their diary which we were really grateful for.A day before it was due to be fit, they phoned to say they had finished a job nearby early and could come to us straight after. Bonus!

I would 100% recommend Shaw’s Floors. Rich was extremely helpful when picking what carpet we needed, and had all the advice in the world about what would work for us. The team that fitted the carpet for us did an amazing job from start to finish, highly professional throughout and I cannot believe the difference it’s made finally having carpet throughout the house!
