Paid extra for fast delivery .1 to 2 days ended up waiting 5 days .goods are as expected .but the company staff are the worst I've ever dealt with .if you can get goods elsewhere .I advise you do so .bad experience leads to bad reviews..

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL PRODUCT AND SERVICE. Bought van roof racks which have locks to prevent people tampering with the screws... But this lock can be removed by hand with no serious effort at all. There were parts missing from the box I'd ordered and the company waited what seemed like forever before sending out the roof rack I'd ordered.When I'd complained about this, they refused to acknowledge it was their mistake to send the parcel out, refused to offer to take it back for a refund and completely ignored a rather lengthy email I sent hoping they would have some kind of spine within the company to take it back, even at my cost.Don't just take my word for it, I made a mistake and ordered without checking reviews. I'm making this review in the hopes that people will see it and avoid ordering from these people.No doubt they'll respond to this review with some regurgitated bull, with no real care whatsoever.AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Very cheap quality. Terrible customer service will never use them again. Almost impossible to return the items

Incredibly helpful customer services...I lost a foot gasket to a set of roof rail crossbars, despite purchasing them over 2 years ago, the posted a replacement out to me FOC..Well done, I'm impressed !

Ordered side steps for 2016 Korando. Brackets do not fit so the side steps are useless. Company will not answer phone or emails. I've had to open a refund case via PayPal to hopefully get my money back. Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs.

Bought some roof bars an cross bars after reading all about them the advert made out they were the dogs knees .Am very disappointed with them had to fit them because I needed them ,they are not very good quality, no sort of anti theft device an they did not fit properly. Spoke to some an they said well that's how they are made .Didn't say anything about that in their super advert .So really don't buy them you will be disappointed well I've taken them off today 15 09 23 because iam so disappointed, even with the silicone an plastic caps the bolts are rusting an the residue is staining the car roof .As someone else as said customer service is awful. They just said basically they are fit for purpose. Stay away from this company an it's products .

Appalling. Side steps for my Transit. Listed as correct for this vehicle. Brackets were not for this vehicle! Purchased from e bay. Look at the negative feedback. All the same issues with parts not fitting. Lost £28.00 having to return the junk! GIVE THEM A VERY WIDE BERTH and buy from a better supplier.

Read some bad reviews about this company but ordered some side steps and roof rails for my transit, they arrived in good time and fitted perfectly, easy to fit and priced good

Hopefully businesses like this do not remain in business long to rip people off! Received a lower splitter bumper for VW T5.Unsure how it made it through quality control, it looks like it has been moulded as a child's school project.Would not refund as they said the returns policy had elapsed.Stay Away!
