Very disappointing repair service on 2 pairs of jeans. The repairs were not only expensive (nearly double what I have paid for in the past for a simple patch), but poor quality. When I asked to get the repairs fixed after they failed, I was going to be charged again. Added to that the member of staff said they don't even do the repairs themselves but send on to a separate tailor.There are at least 2 other dry cleaners on the high street, so I won't be using this company again.UPDATE - The owner has replied with an untrue response. I was not happy with the initial repair at the time. In fact, I came back in with the jeans straight after the repair was done showing how the repair wasn't going to last and they said if this did fail then they would fix it free of charge. When I returned with them when this exactly happened they wanted to charge me again.A simple and professional resolution to this would've been to fix the repair properly showing how dissatisfied I was when I returned them to the shop.

Amazing service!Really friendly staff.And they take pride in what they do.A real asset to the community, I always thoroughly enjoy going there whenever I have anything I need taking care of.They are more than just a dry cleaners.Own and staff are always happy and willing to help. And things always get done really quick and on time, I am never left waiting.I definitely recommend anyone to pop in and see for yourself.

Asked about the possibility of cleaning and repairing a small square of hand sewn material my mum embroidered from 1949.Surly, and dismissive reaction from the manager, a real a*sehole.Edited to say in response to the reply:No offence was taken at the information, indeed I got the same information from the guy at Elegance, who was very pleasant ...you were not.

I had my wedding dress cleaned, they did a fantastic job of cleaning the stains from the train of my dress, it’s as good as new. Such good attention to detail and excellent customer service, they couldn’t do enough… lovely to see. Would highly recommend.

I brought a set of white sofa covers to dry clean that were pretty badly stained. I didn’t have high hopes since I tried to wash them at home with no luck. I was advised that they don’t guarantee the removal of stains, but Im so glad that I brought them in, you can never tell they were ever stained. Fantastic work...I am satisfied and fully recommend them for your Dry cleaning needs.

Dry cleaned my wedding dress beautifully. Removed all staining even after a lengthy time in storage. Delighted with the results and service and all delivered in a lovely bridal box for keeps. Excellent service .

Absolutely amazing service. I had a dress which had a lot of stains on it. I took it in and Dave took his time and made a lot of effort to take out the stains. The dress is as good as new!The customer service here is brilliant and I recommend this company to anyone who needs their clothes dry cleaned or to remove stains!Thank you so much for your excellent service and skills !!

Took a jacket to be cleaned having noticed a faint mark on the sleeve just as I was about to send it to a buyer. They managed to remove the mark and did it a discount so I’m still up on my sale! Always friendly and helpful.

Just wanted to say a huge, huge THANK YOU to the team here for cleaning up my blazer. I'd left it dirty from April this year (!) - it had been dragged around on a dirty muddy dance floor and then left until a couple of weeks ago when I brought it in. Photos attached to show how grim it was before!The server when I dropped it off said that they couldn't really promise anything, as it had been so long (which my friends had also advised - get things cleaned quickly if you can!)And also said that as it was the first time it had been dry cleaned the colour may fade a little as that can happen, depending on the fabric.But she also said that obviously that they would try their best, and remembered a similar situation recently where it had come out well. But no promises, which I think is fair, this kind of thing can definitely be more an art than a science.So I felt like my expectations were set correctly - I honestly was very sad and thought the blazer was a write-off, so anything they could do would be great. And I appreciated their honesty, I appreciate that not everything can be saved and next time I wouldn't leave it so long (there won't be a next time!!).So - I was beyond happy, overjoyed, this morning, to get back my beautiful blazer absolutely spotless!I almost can't believe how great it looks - I'm so happy. I've used these cleaners before on a few other items this past year and they've always been great, pressing out a complicated pleat skirt and always cheerful and helpful, but this time I felt I had to leave a review because this felt like such a tricky job that they really pulled off 100%!It's hard to tell from the pics but I also don't think the blazer is faded at all (my pics are just different light etc). So dodged that bullet as well! Feeling very lucky today.THANKYOU so much - absolutely stellar work - I already recommend you to all my friends and will keep doing so.

These guys are the best! My wool got shrunk because my carelessness, and they helped me to unshrink it for free. Tho it still was still too small for me, I appreciate their sincere effort and kindness. Very friendly and kind staff. Best customer service ever. Thank you!
