This is a confusing carpark. There are 2 companies running this carpark so you could end up with a wrong ticket if you accidently park in the wrong part of the carpark. I chose to find another carpark. It's confusing who runs which part.

It doesn’t even deserve one star!DONT USE THIS CAR PARKYou drive in and it’s one big car park you believe for the train station paid for parking via the app as it states on all signs to then have a fine come through my door a month later saying I didn’t pay for parkingIt’s actually split an ran by the royal hotel and APACO but you wouldn’t think it is at all I disputed the fine

Paid for parking via the APCOA app, after putting in the postcode for the car park and got stung by Smart Parking for being in ‘their area’ So confusing - and I went to Cambridge University! Avoid, if I were you.
