i cant recommend Beauty by Terez enough i've used her for years! despite the witch hunt comments below all relating to one experience i've have never had a bad experience 5* professional service all the way - 3 wonderful girls all who excel in their profession! ignore the 1 bad review.....

I had been given a gift voucher for this shop and haven't been well enough to use it. I had called a few months ago to ask if I could extend it and was told yes. Today I called to book in and was told no" it had expired

Excellent back, neck and shoulder massage by Maxine. Very professional & friendly. Left feeling relaxed & stress knots disappeared.

The girls are very friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble if you have to rearrange appointments and the treatments are beautiful.

Had a skin treatment previously and booked for another, so professional and welcoming. The young lady that runs the shop is very friendly and the treatment I had was wonderful, felt lovely afterwards. Have booked a course of treatments and looking forward to going back.

I love this place. Maxine is wonderful, she knows how to put her clients at ease and she is wonderful at what she does:I highly recommend this beautiful and very clean beauty shop.

Poor customer care and false promises! Would not recommend due to lack of ethics. Promised to honour an outdated paid for gift voucher which my mother couldn’t use to Ill health, and then when went to redeem they refused. Dealt with badly, the lady was very rude!

Booked a pedicure for two people 3 weeks ago. Turned up for the woman to state she had rubbed out the appointment and not told us it was cancelled. I had booked this off work and spent money to travel to saltaire by train so I lost out on money. She also said this has happened before and that people’s appointments had been rubbed out without the customers knowing. She did offer for a half price appointment in the future but did not have many appointments available and I do not travel to saltaire regularly.I understand mistakes happen but would have appreciated being told my appointment had been cancelled.

Recently got my nails done here, after going home realised I wasn’t happy with the design I chose. After speaking with them they managed to fit me in last minute and Lauren was brilliant and did exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend just from the after service I received. Despite being an apprentice Lauren was fantastic and I recommend people to book in with her x
