Asked for a shave and a beard shape up a thin line was in the chair for 5 minutes normally a 15 to 20 min job no water no shaving cream no hot towel rushed to say the least and to top it off not a straight line in sight on the beard line have to shave it off now I could of done better myself and with more care waste of money this takes bad service to a new level and charged 12 pound for it in the shop no longer than 7 minutes

Shout out to boulevard barbers for cutting my ear while having my haircut. Blood everywhere, they took ages to stop it. Tried to blame me for moving my head … when I’ve been having my hair cut for years and never had an issue. They gave me a free hair cut and so they should. Very hostile and defensive staff. Not coming back here again. Don’t come here if you want your ears in tact. Staff too distracted having conversations with the other barber.

Have been here 4 or 5 times so far and been very happy with the quality of service. The barbers are skilled, friendly and keep a clean shop. The prices are excellent for the level of attention they put in. I won't be using any other barber as long as these gents are around.

Have previously been here, even though they are not the cheapest. However, I have had the most terrible experience on my last visit, where all the staff members began shouting and abusing me publicly, in front of other customers as I requested them to fix my son's hair.Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards a woman, had to take my son's to another place to put right what they did not!Strongly advise everyone to stay away from here

Absolutely no words to describe this awful shop calls himself a barber for 1 he has never brushed his teeth and the stench coming from him whilst butchering my trim was nothing short of a disgrace . Secondly I asked for a shape up and he took my hairline 10cm back is he blind or just not listen to basic instructions. Whoever let this guy loose with clippers needs their barber licence revoking by far the worst haircut I ever had and his response was “wait for it to grow” is he mad . Went to this barbers for the first time the other day, wish I would have read the reviews first. As soon as I walked in the barbers all scowled at me and were very rude, the one who cut my hair stunk of dockers and urine he kept picking his nose mid way through my haircut and was wiping it on the back of my chair, I asked for a medium skin fade and to box the front off this barber must of been related to stevie wonder as he gave me a high skin fade and a prime r9 on top. I was devastated and tried to haggle the price down the barber ended up charging me close to £25 and spat on his hand to shake mine after the dispute, I went into work the next day and after i shaved off my prime r9 to a full skinhead my work colleagues called me shmuel and bought me a blue and white striped pyjama set from b and ms on their lunch. I won’t leave my house for atleast a month now, I’m emotionally traumatised and I’ve got my first counselling session over zoom on Monday, fuming!

Burnt irritated skin, arrogant barber wouldn't listen, then added £5 to the billHad loads of hair cuts here that were perfect, a bit pricey but good.The bald chap in there with as short well kept beard, he cut my hair.So to start off I said to him that I didn't want any length off the top and a little bit on the beard, he offered a 1 . I said I didn't want it that short, he said be a good boy trust me I'm a barber"I bristled at this but let him continue as I've had plenty of good haircuts here before.So he put the one on and cut it all off. At that point I accepted my fate

Top quality five star service!! Very professional modern barber shop with plenty of seating in the waiting area. I’m not sure why some people are saying the guys are rough as I have never experienced this. The lads are very professional and talented and I won’t go anywhere else to have my hair cut. The pricing is very good. Highly recommended!!!

I have been using the Boulevard for 2 years and I am very thankful for their service. They always put 100% into every haircut I have received. I think the price is very reasonable and they are very efficient and friendly. I do not have a bad word to say about the Boulevard!
