The best experience of waxing I've ever had. I've been to many different places over the past 10 years for waxing and Beauty B made me feel relaxed, comfortable and at ease. The member of staff was lovely and we didn't stop chatting the entire hour I was there. lovely, friendly, comfortable and i would recommend anyone and everyone to go to Beauty B.

First time visiting the salon I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and was made to feel very welcome. I had the holiday wax was very happy with my treatment I can highly recommend you give this salon a try.

I’m absolutely devastated I went for my eyebrows threading and my eyebrows are a complete mess. They do not match, she has made one way too thin, she has made my gap too big and missed quite a few hairs. She even made my eyelid bleed and had the audacity to tell me it was my fault because I didn’t pull my eyelid tight enough. The pain was unlike any place I had ever been before. She even accused us of not paying when we had paid up front. I wish I could take further action to be honest I definitely would not recommend this service at Parkgate.

Very disappointed yet again with the spray tan, if you book with the owner it's great absolutely flawless but this is the 2nd time they've booked me in with Rachel and both times the tan has been terrible, orange hands and feet but white legs and body. You would think after complaining once they would have trained their staff properly and I thought having waited several months before going again there would be no issue but no another terrible tan and change of planned outfit for the occasion I'd had it done for.I have to say other treatments here have been great.......

The wife had her laser treatment done. The welcome was warm and friendly. Not many places ask if you'd like a drink anymore!! Neela and the team are fantastic and professional!

I went for my monthly wax again and it's such a pleasant friendly environment. Always smells lovely and is very clean. I'd recommend this to everyone no matter which treatment they go for.
