I have been training with Sifu Ross for over 10 years he is an excellent tutor and the classes are fun. There are a variety of martial arts on offer so there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend.

Trained under Sifu Ross, an expert in Chinese martial arts. Excellent tuition, welcoming for beginners or for more advanced you will find someone to train with, I can’t recommend this school enough. Almost 10 years later I still practice techniques I learnt here.

I’ve been part of this group for seven years now and it’s been absolutely amazing! Very friendly and accepting of all people, and training is made simple enough for everyone to progress through. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and hope no one is discouraged to join by other reviews that may insult this school. Sifu Ross is highly trained and has helped me progress so much more than any other martial art schools I’ve been to.

I have been training with Sifu Ross for over 4 years now. Since day 1 I always felt welcome and part of the family. Each club member is easy going and willing to help in improving techniques or just general fitness.My 7 years old son became part of the club 3 years ago and he's loving his sessions. Sifu Ross has a lot of patience and is really going when talking to and training with kids. The whole structure of kids program is very well laid out and it makes them all feel welcome and gives them a sense of belonging.Highly recommended for anyone who's new to martial arts or has a lot of experience of it.

I have trained with TMAS RW for 15 plus years and would recommend to anyone looking to learn Martial Arts. Sifu Ross is an incredible instructor with knowledge of a range of styles that would suit all, from Brazilian Ju Jitsu to Tai Chi, Kung Fu to Kick Boxing. All ages and abilities welcome and catered for.

Have been a member for almost 15 years. Love the variety of classes and the level of instruction provide by Sifu Ross, he has an extensive knowledge of many martial arts and always has time to explain the intricacies. Good number of classes for juniors too.

Not worth training here. If you want to learn kickboxing/striking go Fire gym muay thai or if you want to learn bjj/grappling go to MatHouse.
