Technobots

We ordered 30 spur gears for a shop window mechnical automata - that has a deadline fast approaching. Order was accepted, took 5 days to arrive.On arrival, the package contained only 19 gears, and a note to say that the remaining 11 gears would arrive three weeks later.Staff not at all interested in sorting this nightmare out. Now, we don't have enough time to source from any other manufacturer.This has put the project in jeopardy, and Technobots clearly don't care in the slightest.I wouldn't use them again.

Great quality, fast service, no hassle trying to find matching plugs and sockets unlike some other suppliers, and just what we needed.
