I recently moved to this area and needed some furniture, saw what we wanted and they couldn't be more helpful very friendly and accommodate to your needs.Went back today and so pleased with the outcome and service

Awful. Complete lack of communication, ignored phone calls and voicemails as well as Facebook messages. Only way to get in contact was by going in store. Sold us a faulty fridge, claimed to be happy to replace or refund but turned us away 3 times saying “come in next —“ saying there’d be new stock. When we asked for a refund they left us hanging for a week ignoring our communications and failing to show up to collect the faulty appliance every time they made an appointment to collect it. They tried to blame one of their staff saying they’d been fired, but that staff member has since been in the shop and active in their Facebook group as the main contact.

Cannot thank the team at Simmons & Sons enough for their service, both myself and family members have had goods from them fab service. Well done guys.
