Absolutely terrible service say he's gonna do something an sell you something nothing never happens and hard to get replys at all , avoid at all cost shem there isn't more pond ppl around this area

The Pond Doctor was working at a neighbour’s house, I asked if they could come and look at my pond, they come round after they finished at my neighbour’s and gave me some recommendations on my pond, I asked them to supply me with 2 x air pumps, discs and associated equipment which they duly supplied the next day for me.Very happy with there experience and helpfulness, I would highly recommend.

Came out to see my pond, promised to come back to me with a quote - nothing despite me chasing via email and several phone messages. If I could give them no stars, I would.
