Not helpful.. very blunt , not good customer service. Over priced and felt uncomfortable, so went everywhere and spent £400 . Needs to retrain on customer service and manners

Fantastic seller, 3rd time ordering. Shipping is lightning fast, I'd ordered 2x 100g of filter floss but they gave me a 250g bag instead.Unparalleled price on instant ocean salt....you won't find it cheaper...I've looked!Can't speak highly enough of this company, I'll be a valued customer for the long haul!

Tony has been servicing the tank in my home for some time and I've used his store for my aquarium needs. I wanted to write a review to express just how happy I am with the quality and professionalism of his work. His knowledge is expertly vast and reassuring from a customers perspective, having a great mix of in-depth information explained clearly and concisely.I'd urge anybody in the marine hobby to seek out and work with Tony and Coral Passion if possible. I look forward to continuing the hobby with his assistance.

20 Kg of Marco Rock delivered promptly and sturdily packaged. With the added bonus of a telephone call from Tony to check order and advise of delivery. Good to order with confidence from this retailer. Will be making the trip to Essex as soon as new tank has cycled for further advice and corals.

After several fails of trying to keep a copperband i was close to giving up and scraping my tank due to aptasia. I had bought a couple of copper bands over a few months period hoping they would eat the aptasia but I couldn't get them to stay healthy and thrive, they died. I finally asked Tony B why the price of his copper bands were over double of most other fish shops as I had been buying them from a different local fish shop which were £40 each, cheap enough but never stayed alive. Coral passion had them listed at £110…ummm a fish is a fish I thought so what’s so special about these ones? Tony explained how the fish were caught by hand and treated to their own boxes for transporting to reduce stress on the fish. Reduced times in transit and other little treats while they travel here all reducing the stress on the fish. I paid the £110 and thought here we go again. He was fat and healthy and has stayed that way for nearly a year now. He ate all the aptasia within six weeks and is always first to the top of the tank for food. He gets along with my yellow tang and even the six line wrasse likes him. Thank you Coral passion for keeping me in the game and for such a beautiful healthy fish. 5 star service and advice from Tony all the time. Many thanks Tony!

Excellent online service.My Skimmer pump ceased on Wednesday late afternoon, I searched online and Coral Passion had a replacement available, I telephoned and made a quick double-check that it was in stock which it was.Order placed and it was delivered on Friday, re-fitted into my sump on Saturday morning and all good.It was great to have the pump delivered so quickly and efficiently.

I’ve been going to coral passion for about a year now and have purchased almost all of my fish here. This quality of the fish here are undeniable. Chunky, healthy and well acclimated. The store also sells everything you’d need from tests and food to RO and sea water.Tony, the owner does a great job on making sure the fish are eating and ensures they are not sold until they have settled. This is a great store for finicky eaters such as mandarins. They are all trained to frozen and flake food. I had my mandarin in a nano for 8 months. I have now upgraded my tank and he’s still doing great.Tony is very knowledgeable and welcoming. He’s helped me a lot this year as a beginner.
