Horizon done a brilliant job fitting our gym mirrors. They also went the extra mile by helping us with renovation work that other contractors were too scared to touch. Helped us with a tricky leak from a roof window with an odd design. Investigated, changed pane and sealed and waterproofed. Doing well in the recent bad weather. Good communication and sorted out a few small issues without a problem.

I was re-decorating my bathroom and broke a mirror, Francis replied to me quickly and supplied and cut a new one in half an hour even tho it was late at Friday night and saved me loads of nagging from the missus. Definitely goes the extra mile.

Excellent Service - Phoned at 8am after a large mirror that was to be used at an event later that afternoon, smashed in transit. Mirror was fitted and panic was over by 11.30am the same morning. Will definitely recommend for the future! Thank you

Just a small job but ended up needing it done twice in the same week due to a stupid mistake. Horizon advised best glass, did the job quickly and very tidily (even after 2nd repair you'd hard know they'd been there) and stopped me beating myself up too much by keeping me on the lighter side of the situation. Totally pleasant, professional and would hesitate to recommend.

Very quick response. We required new window handles. Called Francis and job was done a couple of days later. Both Francis and Billy were very professional. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
