I take my kids to the centre for swimming every weekend. The teachers are friendly and helpful, and the classes are not too large for group sessions, and you can ask for private lessons if you need extra help. There are also karate and a host of other activities available at the centre. Indoor football, basketball, and an equipped gym with various classes! The only gripe is that the building is so thick that you have poor mobile reception indoors.

Staff are fantastic and friendly, wide range of classes for all abilities with brilliant instructors - something for everyone. Gym equipment is extensive and good chunk of it is brand new. Fantastic value for money.

Pool closed without providing any information on opening for ages and charging the same amount.Website is not updated with closing time properly, I went to gym today at 2, but was not allowed entry stating, it closes by 2 on Saturday.Couple of my friends did not like the overall services and behaviour of centre and cancelled membership in group.

A member of staff was incredibly rude and confrontational to me today as I went to collect my child at the poolside. She was verbally aggressive towards me infront of my children.I made an attempt to resolve this by reporting to the Deputy Manager where I found that rather than admit to her disgusting behaviour she lied about the whole encounter.I am extremely disappointed at the leisure centers handling of this ordeal. Especially when they are supposed to be wardens protecting families that use the facilities against these sorts of encounters. Rather than properly investigate the issue by asking any of the numerous eye witnesses; parents, staff members and children that were present at the scene and ready to coroborate my experience, they chose to take my number and ring me later"."

Nice, affordable pool for lane swimming, especially during the day if you can get there, app to book swim times is easy enough to use and staff are generally friendly.Only major criticism is the lack of lane swimming options on Saturdays, only been one lane open for lane swimming on the last two Saturdays I've been, with private lessons in all other parts of the pool. Makes the one lane swimming option more busy and stressful than it might otherwise be. Some weekdays have the pool consumed with school lessons too, which is fine but later evening swimming times would be welcome to give more options.

Truly dreadful if you're looking to go to the gym, the person at the desk needs to let you in and there's never anyone there, they don't think it's a problem either, also theres not been any changing rooms for months and the pool is randomly closed until further notice

All the facilities you could require. Staff were awesome and helped us out on arrival. Changing rooms for after the game were fantastic. Definitely going to be using all the time now.

We visited yesterday with two young children, and we really enjoyed it. All of the facilities were clean and tidy, and quite a good size, the price was good for us too. A pair of goggles were even provided after my daughter had forgotten hers, which was so lovely. There didn't appear to be a lifeguard on duty, although there was a member of staff providing swimming lessons. The security staff who allow entry to the building was for some reason, extremely rude when allowing entry and the staff were aware of this. It's a good alternative to going to a normal leisure centre, however Leeds City council leisure centre might provide a little extra space to move around in.
