Badly let down by this Jeweller, full of promises but failed to supply the items required, guaranted and promised items within 10 days, nothing there after a MONTH, had to get a refund of money (tried to say that he could not refund as they were specialised, eh NO standard rings, no enscriptions etc, eventully got cash back and made other plans with another jeweller who got the rings within 3 days, so be carefull of lies and broken promises, tomorrow tomorrow, next week next week hmmm ok

Waited 4 weeks for the return of my ring. It was returned wrongly sized and scratched on the rhodium plating. I had telephoned the shop the previous week to ask about return date as I was originally quoted 2 weeks only to be told your ring will be back when it’s back and he then hung up. Called today and again he hung up. Avoid at all cost. He must be the most unprofessional and rude individual persin I have come across
