I've moved into a new flat two weeks ago managed by Stirling Ackroyd and so far I am so impressed.Leo, who has showed me a couple and ensured I would find what I was looking for, has been extremely helpful, responding to all my questions very quickly. He not only has been helpful before and during the signature of my new tenancy agreement but he also followed up afterwards to check that all is well!Layla, who takes over the process after the tenancy has been agreed has also been extremely helpful with all my questions irt the inventory reports and other questions.I am so pleasantly surprised with how organized everything has been and how the agency's system works.

We have just moved into our new flat yesterday with the help of viewing and signing the contract by Zaylin and Rahat the move in manager. They just made everything seem so easy, with all of the processes till our move in day. Everything is so orangized, all of the appointments are on time. Would highly recommend!

Probably the worst experience we’ve had with estate agents in London. Booked a viewing, they were late by half an hour to meet us at the property. We then put in an offer for the property, explained my husbands company will be paying for our rent (we both have full time jobs as well) all was fine, we were given an offer letter, when it came to giving the holding deposit I was informed by Leonardo after working hours which was obviously after 5pm, we promised the deposit would be paid the next morning, there was a little complication however evidence was shown that the deposit was paid to their account and they were not satisfied. They then ignored us for around 6 hours and we tried to contact them, Leonardo then sends us a rejection letter that the property had been let to someone else. How can you retract an offer without any communication? We then proceeded to with another property which we wanted viewings for, when you call the office only Leonardo answers, nobody wants to give you viewings and no one calls back as promised. It then became a problem that my husbands company was paying for the rent although everything is legitimate and we have paperwork, it seems for this reason they were not giving us viewings and not calling us back. In the end we decided to not use this estate agent although they had properties that suited us and were convenient for us in terms of price and location. Truly a disastrous service with no valuation for prospective tenants - they only seem to care about the money. Zero customer service and lack of understanding. Having to repeat myself to Leonardo and explaining the same thing over and over again was tiring. I do not recommend.We’ve now secured a property to rent with another estate agent in London which happens to be the largest and most popular one, they had no issues with our application whatsoever and we passed all checks. Thank you to them for helping us find the perfect property.

I would like to highly recommend and express my gratitude to the company, especially Zaylin for helping me get my apartment within a very short time. As a newcomer in London, finding a flat is by no means easy, but Zaylin has been very proactive in showing me a nice apartment, handling my case with commitment, and making sure I can get my keys on time with dispatch, professionalism, and friendliness. We bought a home from a couple that was represented by Stirling Ackroyd at this office. Given the challenges that we faced working with our own estate agents, conveyancing solicitors, mortgage people, and the reputation of the whole industry in the United Kingdom, I did not hold out much hope that the other party's estate agents would be wonderful to work with. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out how great they actually were. They were more honest, open and communicative than anyone we were working with, even though they worked for the other party! They somehow seem to understand that everything going smoothly and quickly is in everyone's best interest. Alexandrej was very responsive, Seth helped a lot, and Nick was an absolute star. It's a bit unusual to say this, but the estate agents on the other side of the table were the best people we dealt with.

We have recently rented our flat through Stirling Ackroyd Shoreditch, and want to commend the highly professional service from everyone we dealt with there. The tenancy progression team were great to communicate with and highly efficient. Our thanks to Ghiles, Guy and Rahat.
