Don’t be fooled by the one star review. It’s simply because Google doesn’t offer the option of zero stars. The term care home is clearly a misnomer as there is little or no care administered in this facility. The staff are sullen, unqualified, ill prepared and unfit to be put in charge of a plastic house plant, let alone a vulnerable human being. To say that the treatment that my mother received was appalling would be a huge understatement as it was in fact life threateningly incompetent. If you care about your loved ones even a little then PLEASE DO NOT consider (even for a moment) sending them to this facility.
