First time I've been in the store for probably more than 5 years. Lady who was operating the till was lovely and very helpful. Got what I needed and paid a good price. Can't ask for much more tbh.

I needed a rear bulb brake light replacing on my car. I found the staff extremely helpful and professional and they provided a wonderful service. Thank you very much.

I have been in barnsley branch today for daughters car a new windscreen wiper the lady behind the spares counter was very helpful went on computer and got the one compatible to fit.top marks for this lady's professional approach

The service provided by all the staff in your Barnsley branch is always amazing on this occasion we were served by George in the bike hub as we had purchased two bikes for our grandsons. Very poor serviceI had wipers fitted on my car. She was good but I wanted a soft copy of the invoice and I gave my email address. I waited for more than an hour still didn't get any on my email so I rang the customer care and they were not able to find the transaction. So she transferred me to the store and I gave my receipt details to the person who works in the store and even he was not able to find the transaction. I was really surprised as why none of them can find the sale which was done literally 1 hour ago. He said me to come back to store to get the transaction details. I said I live nearly 3 miles away from the store. I wanted to send the invoice for a reimbursement from my car company but halfords service is shocking. They don't know what is happening. If I have purchased something and paid why can't they find the sale. Whom did I make the payment to?

Excellent service, went the extra mile to fit my headlight bulbs, missing headlight holder however they managed to fit the bulb and replace the bracket

Picked up our bikes today and i have to say what a fantastic service. George (assistant) was brilliant with his customer service, it was lovely to have a stress free shopping experience. George is a credit to the store! Wish all our shopping experiences were like this. George was very knowledgable about the products too, so we trusted his judgement when buying accessories. Very busy staff, apologised for the wait which couldn't be helped as they were dealing with a phone customer. Very helpful got everything done I went for.
